HeroSuite refers to the integrated service combining Client Hero, Leads Hero, Ai Hero and Search Hero.

User / Customer / Client refers to any individual or business using our services.

Platform refers to the technology environment used to deliver the HeroSuite services, which includes third-party systems such as GoHighLevel.

Our services may include but are not limited to:

3. Account Preparation

To use certain services you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Payment and Fees

Fees for services will be clearly stated before purchase.

By purchasing our services you agree that:

  • Payments are due according to the pricing plan selected

You may not copy, resell or redistribute our systems without permission.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent to collect and process customer data within the platform.

10. Service Availability

While we aim to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for disruptions caused by:

  • technical issues

  • third-party platforms

  • maintenance or updates

  • events beyond our control

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • loss of profits or business opportunities

  • losses resulting from third-party platforms or integrations

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services within the previous 12 months.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are breached

  • Payments are overdue

  • Services are used unlawfully

Upon termination, access to the platform may be withdrawn.

13. Changes to These Terms

Updated Terms will be published on our website and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
